When will my order ship?

Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days after you complete your purchase. If you purchase an item listed for “preorder,” it will likely take 2-3 weeks to ship.


How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a USPS tracking number. It may take several hours for the tracking to update.


How do I make a return or exchange?

Any unworn, undamaged item with the tags intact can be returned or exchanged up to 60 days after purchase. If you do not have a receipt, you can return for store credit. You can do so at our storefront or by mailing the item to the below address with a note including your order number and that you would like to either return or exchange. If you are wanting to exchange, please include the item and size you would like instead.

I received the wrong item. How do I get it switched?

Sorry about that! We will send the correct item the next day. Please reach out to caroline@seriessixcompany.com.


Can I pick up items locally?

Yes! Our storefront address is 3719 Watson Rd, St. Louis, MO 63109, and opens on 1/6. You can shop at the store or purchase online and select local pickup at checkout.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! You can purchase in-store or on our website. If you purchase online, you’ll receive an email directly after purchase with instructions on how to redeem the gift card. These do not expire or have processing fees.


Can I customize an item?

Though we do not promise any customizations, feel free to reach out to caroline@seriessixcompany.com and we will see if we can make it happen.


Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

I am wanting custom t-shirts made for an event or business. Is this something you guys do?
